Once you have chosen your favorite tour, you can either send us a message via WhatsApp or drop us an email, specifying both your chosen tour and date. For instance: “We would like to book the tour Etna and Alcantara Gorges from Taormina for 2 people, date: July 3rd.”
We will reply to you as soon as possible to let your know our availability and confirm the booking.

No, you do not need to. All payments are processed at the end of the tour.

We do not charge our clients a penalty fee in case of cancellation, but please do write us a message as soon as possible so that we can reschedule our activities.

The tour Body rafting at the Alcantara Gorges and the Taormina Boat Tour do not include transport, which means you should get to the meeting place on your own. Other tours, such as Mount Etna Wine Tasting, include our transport service.

Yes you can, but it is important to let us know that this is your intention: our staff will provide you will all the information you need.

For all the tours which involve transport, for instance, the trekking tours on Mount Etna, transport is included in the final price.

The cost of the tour Mount Etna Wine Tasting includes both lunch and wine tasting. As for the lunch in the tour Etna and Alcantara Gorges, one can choose between two options (fixed menu) and pay the cost at the restaurant. We will give you all the information when you book the tour.

We are sorry but this is not possible unless you have food allergies or the like. Please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your needs.

The number varies according to the chosen activity but in order to provide our clients with high-quality service and great experience, we only work with small groups.

It may happen that our guide has to change the order of the scheduled activities but not the whole itinerary. Should you wish to opt for a different itinerary, you can organise with us a private tour from Taormina to Etna or to many other wonderful destinations.

This is possible only if you have booked a private tour with us. It is not possible if you have booked a guided group tour. Also, if you are being late, please do let us know.
