If you have visited a beach anytime in the past few years, you have most likely noticed the increasing numbers of people gliding gracefully across the water. At first, it can seem surreal; on closer inspection, it becomes evident that they are stood up on what look like a surfboard and are propelling themselves across the water by means of a paddle.

Join our guided tour, you will certainly love it! We will start our tour with the basic tips & tricks of stand-up paddling. We have a passion for introducing people to stand-up paddleboarding in Taormina. You will enjoy the stunning, unparalleled scenery and panorama view over the Baia of Taormina. We are specialists in providing memorable SUP experiences and wildlife spotting: we create memorable watery adventures in our favorite paddle spots. All aspiring paddle-boarders should keep in mind that this sport, unlike surfing, does not require special skills. Paddle-boarders are propelled by a swimming motion using their arms while lying or kneeling on a paddle-board or surfboard in the ocean, and this refers to traditional prone or kneeling paddleboarding. A derivative of paddleboarding is, in fact, stand-up paddleboarding.

Our excursion starts from Giardini Naxos’s bay. Surrounded by a stunning panorama and crystal clear waters, we will reach the heart-shaped cave better known as the cave of lovers. We will then head towards Capo Taormina: this is a wonderful place for a dip into breath-taking, turquoise waters The SUP excursion lasts approximately 2 hours; this is a guided tour with a trained instructor.
